Reporter:Tianqing Li, docter of Material Science and Technology, Shandong University and directed by Prof.ChuanSong Wu who engaged in welding process of numerical simulation of research. Published 1 article in journal and 2 articles in conference, and won the " The best paper award of Chinese welding society " in 2011.

Title:Modeling of the thermal fluid flow and keyhole shape in stationary plasma arc welding

Inroduction of the report:The mathematical model was established to simulate the fluid flow in the weld pool and heat transfer during stationary keyhole plasma arc welding. The level set method was used to capture and track the keyhole boundary. By the model with considering the interaction between the weld pool and keyhole shape, the thermal fluid flow and keyhole evolution in stationary plasma arc welding was simulated and was vindicated.

Title:Anion kinds, concentration, temperature, and overpotential's influence on the dealloying of Al2Au

Inroduction of the report:By changing the Cl-concentration (0.1M, 1M, 5M), temperature (273K, 298K, 343K), and overpotential (-50mV, 0mV, 50mV, 100mV, 200mV), we research the external conditions influence on Al2Au electrochemical properties, electrochemical dealloying process, nanostructure, Auadsurface diffusion coefficient and activation energy. Further, we research the kind strong acid anion(HCl, HNO3,H2SO4,HClO4)and weak acid anion (organic acid anion) 's influence on the dealloying of Al2Au.
