Dr. Ivan Kaban，1996年毕业于乌克兰材料物理研究所，师从伊林斯基教授，获博士学位。1996 -2000年与数德萨大学任讲师与副教授，2000-2009年在德国Chemnitz大学任研究员，2009年起任德国IFW-Dresden复杂材料所责任研究员。

五、内容简介：Ge-Sb-Te alloys are characterized by a peculiar combination of physical properties of the crystalline, amorphous and liquid state. They are widely used in the optical data storage media such as CDs and DVDs and considered as the most promising materials for non-volatile phase-change random access memory devices. In this talk, the relationship between the atomic structure and dynamics of liquid Ge-Sb-Te alloys will be presented and discussed.
